Jeff Dodgson

I am Jeff Dodgson, the Chief Leisure Officer, and am passionate about food, wine and travel. I have always been interested in fine food. As a teenager, I was comparing the bearnaise sauce at various restaurants around my hometown of Atlanta. More recently, amongst friends and colleagues, I became the go to guy for restaurant and travel recommendations. My semi-official title became Chief Leisure Officer. This is something I really enjoy and, frankly, I am good at it.

To supplement my passion, I went to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in London and hold a Diplome de Cuisine. I also hold a Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 Certification in wine.
