Charity Event to Benefit the South Kingstown Land Trust

I conducted a class and dinner for charity to benefit the South Kingstown Land Trust, Rhode Island. The menu was set as if we were at a dinner party in Paris with five courses and wine pairings.

An Evening of Cooking with the Chief Leisure Officer was held at Phipps Plaza Sur La Table in Atlanta, GA. Great audience, lots of fun. The menu was a quick trip to Southern France.
